This website, puretrustim.com, is operated by Pure Trust Import LLC ("PTI", "we", "us"), 10275 Old Placerville Road #11, Sacramento, CA 95827, United States. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Retail and wholesale customers

  • Retail: anyone in the United States or Canada may shop at the prices shown on the site.
  • Wholesale: wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts. We may request a seller's permit or resale certificate and may approve, decline or close a wholesale account at our discretion. Wholesale orders are reviewed and confirmed by PTI before shipping; pallet freight is quoted per order and paid by the buyer.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all orders placed through it.

Products and information

We work to show products, pack sizes and descriptions accurately. Packaging, labels and ingredients are set by each manufacturer and may change without notice. Always read the label on the product you receive, especially for allergens and dietary information, before use. Product photos are for illustration.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel or correct the order, even after confirmation, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Shipping, returns and risk

Shipping options, costs and delivery areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report damage or shortages within 48 hours.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy its content, images or prices for commercial use without our written permission. All site content, including text, photos and the PTI name and logo, belongs to PTI or its suppliers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
