Pure Trust Imports ships from our warehouse in Sacramento, California. How your order travels depends on whether you are a retail or a wholesale customer.

Retail orders

Retail orders: online retail ordering is currently paused; the site serves approved wholesale accounts.
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.
Typical transit is 3 to 7 business days in the US. Canadian orders can take longer and may be charged import duties or taxes by the carrier at delivery.
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Wholesale orders

Local delivery: within 100 miles of Sacramento

We deliver wholesale orders with our own delivery service to businesses within about 100 miles of our Sacramento warehouse, including the greater Sacramento region, Stockton, Davis, Roseville and the San Francisco Bay Area. Many of our deliveries go to Halal markets, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern grocers and restaurants across the region. After we confirm your order, our team schedules a delivery time with you.

Pallet freight: beyond 100 miles

Orders going farther than our local delivery area ship on pallets by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight anywhere in the United States.

Freight is quoted per order. The price depends on the number of pallets, total weight, destination and any extra services. Freight charges are paid by the buyer, and we confirm the amount with you before the order ships.
Extra services such as liftgate delivery (for locations without a loading dock), delivery appointments, residential or limited-access delivery can be added. Please tell us what your location needs when you order.
Scheduling: the freight carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window.
Inspect on arrival: check the pallet count and packaging before you sign. Note any visible damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading (BOL), take photos, and contact us within 48 hours.
