How is delivery charged?
We deliver within about 100 miles of our Sacramento warehouse, including the SF Bay Area. Beyond that, orders ship as pallet LTL freight, quoted per order and paid by the buyer. PTI adds the delivery or freight cost to your reviewed invoice.
How do I get wholesale prices?

Do you supply Halal and Mediterranean grocery stores?

Do you deliver wholesale orders?
Yes. We deliver to businesses within about 100 miles of our Sacramento warehouse, including the San Francisco Bay Area. Farther away, we ship on pallets by LTL freight anywhere in the US.
How much does pallet freight cost?
Freight is quoted per order based on the number of pallets, weight, destination and extra services such as liftgate or appointment delivery. The buyer pays the freight, and we confirm the cost with you before your order ships.
What should I do when a pallet arrives?
Count the pallets and check the packaging before signing. Write any damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading, take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
Can I order by the case and by the pallet?
Yes. Approved wholesale customers can order by the case or by the pallet, and a sales representative can place orders for you.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, wholesale customers can pick up at our Sacramento warehouse by appointment.
